SPB TV 1.0 Released & Reviewed
SPB Software recently released a standalone mobile TV application, SPB TV 1.0. This product is based on a lot of the same technology that they use in their SPB Online product released last year. I have SPB Online and absolutely love the features and ease of use of the product.
SPB TV is not a subscription service, which is a very good thing in my mind. It offers over 70 channels in 10 different languages from more than 17 countries. It has a built in guide and even picture-in-picture!
One of the really nice features that is built into SPB TV 1.0 is the ability to change your device volume and brightness from inside of the application. This just makes the experience flow much better than going through the Windows Mobile options to change either.
To read more, check out our friend, Clinton Fitch’s review of SPB TV 1.0. He breaks it down and gives some nice screen caps.
I am taking a look at it too and will have a review up in the near future. To download a limited free version or purchase the full version of SPB TV 1.0, visit the JAMM Store.
