apanda A60 To Join the Clone Wars?
A new name in Chinese clones has popped up, and it looks good enough to compete with SciPhone and HiPhone. But apanda will not be content in conquering the Chinese market as the company has plans to put up stores in the West. First, let’s have a look at the product above: the A60 runs on a Chinese version of Google Android, OPhone, and powered by Qualcomm 7727 at 600MHz. It has a 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen, GSM and 3G connectivity and a 5 MP camera at the back.
The significance of such a product launch is that apanda is the first non-Western company to offer an OPhone product, which so far has seen brands from Lenovo and Dell. Which brings us to the question: the apanda A60 looks like a clone of something. Do you know which specific model? Leave a comment below.
